This makes eight for me (in NZ time zone so I got to start a day earlier)! Loving all the Aotearoa style decisions to make. These were coconut and NZ lime slaw with shrimp, jalapeño, avo, and Waikato goat cheese on local flour tortillas #tacotober #31tacosin31days
