PROBLEM: i love chinese lemon chicken but when it's heavy on the syrup it takes away from the crunch and knocks me a bit sick

For dealing with people i have had a lot of success with just only really talking to other autistic folks, but there are alternatives like takig a lot of the sensory pain out of the issue with headphones. If you are forcing yourself to look others in the eye, letting up on that unless you need to
