The overwhelming number of (reputable) tattooers are pretty familiar w Nazi/racist iconography. Ive found this true in Europe and N America. They're familiar with it bc the tattoo community's reputable artists don't do that shit. I've seen artists kick people out of their shops for requesting one

one of the cops is more heavily tattooed than most of the tattooers i know and i am going to reiterate my opinion that letting cops look like 1%-ers means you will get cops that behave like 1%-ers

tattooers deal with this day in and day out; someone wants to get something they shouldn't get, and the tattooer has to either talk them into something else or send them away. the only reason you *wouldn't* do this is because your shop makes obvious that you will tattoo nazi shit.

that i can believe, but there are far fewer professional tattooers willing to tattoo nazi shit than people think, a lot of those are kitchen scratcher or amateur or jailhouse
