With the demise of the CUPS web interface in #MacOS 27 #goldenGate, here are aa couple of terminal commands to partially fill the void. lpadmin and lpstat. Add a "--help" after each for a full list of options.

The latest release of Affinity.studio (3.3.0) now supports direct opening of Adobe InDesign .INDD files! No more saving to .IDML.
Also now reads Microsoft Publisher (spits on ground) .PUB files too.

Go to System Settings :: General :: Login Items & Extensions :: Extensions, sort by Category and click the “I” beside Finder. There you can turn on some interesting Quick Actions that will be available in Finder-contextual menus.

I can't compare them directly but I can say that the new Macs are rock solid. At the university in Ohio I work at, we have nearly 500 ARM Macs and in the last 5 years I can count on two hands the number of these systems that have failed for something other than a broken screen.
