What do you mean my internet goes out so I call a technition, they give a new router & modem, and it's at&t now. I'm getting 90MBPS ON A GIGABIT FIBER LINE. THE APP IS LYING TO ME SAYING ITS 1K/1K WHEN ITS 90MB ETHERNET TO THE ROUTER. & TOOK AWAY ADMIN PANEL ACCESS AND ONLY ALLOW THEIR SHITTY APP.

I had a marathon of getting X-rays on an arm broken in approx 10 places. The Tech gave me this to protect my thyroid while I stayed in the room with the patient to keep their limb in as tolerable a position as possible so we could to get the imaging we needed.

So of course I made it weird

Last CAT scans showed a wee dark spot on my right lung, getting larger. Another scan in 3 months time to make sure but looks like either radiotherapy or more surgery in my future. After 2+ years of getting the all clear this is a bit of a blow. But onwards... once more into the breach. #fuckcancer

• GMT stands for "guardian medical technologies" (duh 😅😅), but it can also be used to designate a "guardian medical technition", with the I or II level determining their rank (basically the difference between an emt-basic and a paramedic)
