I feel like I'm always complaining about the terrible storytelling and visual design and characters but mostly I just don't need to be visually stimulated *all the time*. I promise you can stop moving the camera or go ten minutes without any explosions. I have a grown-up brain and can handle it.

The skeet brought to you by: Trying to figure out a way to mount a broadcast camera to a stabilized head without using a VCT plate since those tend to have a lot of vibration and when you're mounting it to a car or technocrane the vibration looks bad

The water tank at Pinewood Studios in London. Special Effects are physical effects like water, waves, smoke, etc., Visual effects are graphic effects added later. This had no visual effects, so it was important to get things set up correctly. #pinewood #technocrane #librahead #arri #cinematography

Far too often what we see isn’t motivated, whether it’s a technocrane spinning for… just vibes I guess or establishing shots that don’t establish anything.
