Teleri De Riva's mother Macsen (right) died alongside the rest of her clan when Teleri was almost 17. But the years she had with her she cherished. Macsen taught her potion crafting and how to play the lute and never pushed her into roles she didn't want.

Teleri De Riva loves both Lucanis and Spite equally, finding their different passions exciting and refreshing. She herself is supportive and light hearted, balancing out the deep passion that comes from Lucanis/Spite. She is Morticia to his/their Gomez. - >

First ill introduce my main Rook Teleri De Riva via the medium of character sheets as they can tell far more than i can write here! 😂
Former Dalish, now Antivan Crow, Teleri's tale is tragic but with a happy ending.

Class -Teleri De Riva is very much a dualist rogue who loves her rapiers. Socially though she is an elf, she carries the social training of a De Riva Crow so can walk and talk amongst high society should a contract need it.

My Rooks so far -
Teleri De Riva & Valla Mercar r my main 2. Then we have Chione Ingellvar, Kara De Riva, Amaia De Riva (Viago's half sister), Reyes De Riva & Saara Thorne. All romance Lucanis.
Last my poor Vesperia Mercar, who saved Minrathous in my most hated playthu - she romanced Emmrich.

Teleri De Riva: 'Home' to her is Antiva. She grew up Dalish, never really feeling any one place was truly home to settle. Becoming a Crow, finding a place in Salle and then Treviso, felt like home to her- a place where she could belong. Decent beds & variety of food was a definite plus too. ->

They gave us Celeborn, they gave us Arondir as a non canon character and both of them are TELERI.
Their customs, their upbringing, (+)

Happy anniversary Dragon Age the Veilguard! This game means so much to me, words can express how it has wormed its way into my life. I have cosplayed, drawn and written within it's fandom, my wedding next year is even inspired by the aesthetics of it and the friends ive made because of it, i cherish

What does this have to do with the Teleri who split off before crossing the Misty Mountains?

Galadriel lived in Valinor.
Thingol's kin did not depart from Middle Earth.

Even Círdan who's a TELERI !!!!! (Falathrim) was given no spotlight whatsoever nor any details that explained his ways of perceiving things to those who haven't read the books.

The New Fëanorian version of The Silmarillion was highly controversial upon first publication, largely due to its inclusion of the phrase "Regrettably failed negotiations with the Teleri were resolved by the possession of several ships."
He wanted everybody to have their own copy of the Silmarillion. He didn't think the average person should rely only on the church to read out the Silmarillion to them. He even wrote a decree and nailed it to the door of the cathedral and stuff. 😜

But they have no excuse for not detailing their Teleri characters to make them 3dimensional.
That's what makes readers/watchers/fans of something interesting in characters. Them feeling "humanely-complex".

it's pretty different from the rest of the Eldar. Even IN the Teleri branch there's a lot of disparity !! And they decided to give us none of that (that we know of/so far).
Galadriel and Celeborn are rich characters but that can only be explained by expanding their background.

What do noldor-teleri relations even look like in 3rd age aman, and how do they differ from noldor-neoiathrim relations, and does celebrian's existance have any significance there?

The gentle maiden, Teleri, never ceased to believe that her beloved was alive and would come again.

Teleri Dizrael is an OC I've had since middle school tho the actual character looks WAY different from FFXIV Tel. Some of the same flavor is there if you look hard enough (comm by Sandflakedraws on tumblr)

I honestly thought the "one million subtypes of elves" thing was D&D, but no, it's all here. We got high elves and deep elves and sea-elves and dark elves and grey elves and green elves, and this overlaps but is not synonymous with the quendi and sindar and avari and noldor and teleri and eldar and

tbh the only difference is Teleri wears his hair down and has gold eyes. They are otherwise identical and that's a plot point in the story i've built around them. Tel is a prince and Miz is his cousing that acts as a body double at times. in case you're interested lmao
October 21, 2026 at 7:16 PM
TECHNICALLY the character here is Teleri's cousin Miz but same race, same general look. Ironically despite Teleri coming first I don't actually have any art of him LOL. Miz is the more interesting cousin

Ooh I have many OCs but if I won I'd love to see Teleri my Veilguard Rook in your style

Teleri does not care for 'dearest' and 'darling' from her lovers, as they were terms used by her clan parents. But she adores when Lucanis simply uses Eli, or when he calls her mi cielo.
October 17, 2026 at 9:54 AM
Teleri enjoys it, Spite likes to mark her sometimes😂 no breaking skin just hard pressure, love bites.
Valla will only accept gentle love bites.
#daOCqotd

I keep forgetting sprinkling in slightly more #nsfw questions, my bad.

Does your OC enjoy being bitten? Where on their body? Or are they the one biting their partner?
October 13, 2026 at 8:44 AM
Okay, that's a LOT of ships. Not sure the Teleri had that many, lol. #tropliveblog

House staff not servants. Teleri De Riva does but only if they are paid properly with full protections just like any job. Villa Dellamorte is huge and has a fully paid staff to work it.
Valla Mercar is pretty much the same. She makes sure no one is exploited and are treated equally in their work.
#daOCqotd

Does your OC have any servants? How do they treat them? If not, would they enjoy having one?
