@warframe.com Artagraph Mods should be tennogen and 2d artists should be able to make submissions. It would get more people a chance to interact with the game and smooth over the complaints about them being Follie Centric designs.

You do need steam to use Tennogen items because they are tied to the steam workshop but apart from that it seems to work well

I still find it funny how the main Warframe I can't stop staring at is Sevagoth Prime.
It used to be Follie, but then I found a really good build for Sevagoth and then noticed that combining the prime version with the tennogen really makes his legs stand out.

She is completely default. There are no skins of hers that allow me to make the ideas I had for her, and she is quite a difficult frame to re-edit. If I was an artist, I would submit a tennogen idea, but I am not. This frame needs some love.
