The thing about a place that never freezes is yes, it is nice in the winter but also BUGS NEVER DIE.
The house was tented for dry wood termites three years ago, but now we have subterranean termites. Also, carpenter bees are destroying the deck.
We just got rid of the ant invasion last week. 😢
