termux changed at some point and removed the key shortcuts for - / etc. and replaced them with home/end/pgup/pgdown. it pains me everytime i have to hit the secondary keys button anytime i need to... run a command with flags or... do something in another directory

Oh, actually my cellphone (a Motorola g56) does have a PowerVR GPU, and the OpenCL library to go with it, but it's not accessible from termux.
I do not like how unnecessarily restricted Android is becoming.

I am running the Blackberry keyboard on my Xperia 1V. I know I have used the keyboard for remote SSH sessions, but I haven't tried Termux.

I'm already there. However, this is going to defeat about 99% of smartphone users. (Never mind that there's no truly satisfactory termux equivalent for iOS—iSH and the like don't hit the spot.)

When I had no money. I found my $100 USD chrome book and did (almost) everything in penguin linux. Using X with no display manager (rootless). So, you can have linux with very little money.
If you have an android cell phone, you can login to it via termux and us your chome book as the display.

termux is awesome, x11 supports pen input and its extreamly flexible, i got free cad, Firefox with full hardware acceleration, and it even rescales when i use my dock setup or for my phone screen when im just using my phone

مرحباً يا جماعة، تحديث صغير لـ GOT[os] — نظامي المصغّر اللي بنيته من الصفر على هاتفي (Termux). بعد ملاحظات من ناس جرّبوا النظام، طوّرت محرر النصوص `edit`: - Ctrl+D يمسح الملف كاملاً - Ctrl+W يحذف آخر كلمة - رقم الإصدار يظهر عند الفتح (edit v1.0) - قائمة المفاتيح صارت واضحة ما زلت أعمل على أشياء ثانية — المجلدات وأدوات النصوص. مستمع لأي ملاحظة. الرابط مستودع: يلي عنده ملاحظات يرد عليا هنا او يكلمني على واتساب:

個人用Android GUIアプリは、Androidで完結させるにはweb技術で書くしかないな…って思ってたのだけどこれいけんだ。色々できるな。まぁ別にHaskellとかだっていいんだが…
Kotlinでできると、そのあと本格的にAndroidアプリにするのがしやすそう（しらんけど）で良いかもと
個人用Android GUIアプリは、Androidで完結させるにはweb技術で書くしかないな…って思ってたのだけどこれいけんだ。色々できるな。まぁ別にHaskellとかだっていいんだが…
