Gestern war ich Holunderblüten sammeln und probier aus, wie getrocknet und tiefgefroren funktionieren (das Bild ist der getrocknete Testbatch). Für den Lavendel habe ich mir heuer auch Dinge überlegt. U.a. Rosemary Jelly, in der extended Version Kräuterjelly oder Kombi mit Lavendel. Wird spannend!
