Ah - I see we're in the period of beta season where a new Xcode has been released, but nobody told the AppStore Connect team, so we can't update our TestFlights 🤬

Assuming nothing blows up, that clears the path for orbital refueling testflights, and flight testing for HLS. Hopefully everything will get done with no further delays to Artemis III, but don't hold your breath.
