This purple bird's called "Skrarf", a variant on the Skrorck enemy from Poppin & Jupa! He's adapted to the colder climate, enough to cast freeze spells.
Tried to have something nicer to look at than a gray testroom.

that said at least i can play sonic utopia for more than 60 seconds and it remembers the stage layout the whole time so even then physics testroom fangames still have the google thing beat
