the thing i'm really trying to get better at is composition. so many of my illustrations are a full figure floating in space. i cheat a lot by just doing like, fields of colour and texture.

besides the regular waxy texture and nonsensical light i think a huge one that’s difficult to explain is composition
harmony, order and focus is what composition is about and it’s something that humans intuitively understand, even at a glance, artist or not 1/2

Can someone explain to me why I'm able to tell these images are AI even before I find huge errors (extra fingers, distortions, etc)? Like what are the aesthetic qualities that out these as creations of AI?
