I mean... If I was a GC weirdo trying to make a "biological name" in that way I'd do it like this (because I'm a nerd):
1. Treat TGAC as numbers 0 through 3.
2. Treat the genome as a number written in base 4.
3. Group into 3 digit groups and use mod 26 (122 in base 4) to translate to letters.
