Once in the air I explored the Hong Kong-forward food options (which the PR folks had preselected for me).
The French toast was tasty, the truffle mushroom pasta very dry and meh, but the shengjianbao (my favorite kind of dumpling!) were brilliant — I’d happily have had another few! #thatjohnonUO
