I really miss my old psychiatrist man 😔 i feel like i actually got a lot of stuff done with her. She made me uber aware of my bad habits and pressured me in a good way to ditch them. I wish the stupid place didn't force her to drop me as a patient. Fuck #thatplace.

Glad to hear it's improved! And yeah, closing my thatplace account and not going there has removed some significant stress from my own life. A good change, even as hard as it is at moments.
