He argued the 14th and 15th Amendments were unconstitutional. They're Amendments. By very definition that makes them constitutional. Grading him down wouldn't be "viewpoint discrimination." Thoroughly rejected SovCit-esque arguments aren't intellectual. It's a disgrace to UF's law school.
