One of the members of the Windheart Pack and the River Escort of Luna Village, Captain Havard. He is known as Sea Dog Havard from his fellow fisherbeasts whenever he went and hunted fish for his village or delivered imports from other villages. As the Seathrope of the pack, Captain Havard came from a family of leopard seals that are known to be terrifying and dangerous, yet Havard is just the wereseal who loves his routines and protecting the waters. Speaking of, he regularly stays by anywhere that has water; hince he lives near Zura River that is north from the village, in his prized river boat, The Sea Dog, he has built from an old abandoned river boat that the humans left behind. In combat, Havard tends to hide underwater as his fur camouflages into the deep. When an unexpected enemy comes nearby, the sea leopard makes his move. The Seathrope jumps out of the water, grabs and sends his enemy to the pits of Davy Jone's locker.
