Some of my favorite lyrics are from the musical that focuses on a story from Tolstoy’s War and Peace. #natashapierreandthegreatcomet #thegreatcomet #thegreatcometof1812

A fan of big, romantic #musical theatre? You'd like my novella in sonnets, The Night Library of Sternendach!
Love #TanzDerVampire? It's got vampires in love.
Adore #TheGreatComet? In this novella, they write letters.
Into #PhantomOfTheOpera? "Opera" right in the title.

Polar Express, our merry Christmas train!
Our most weird, most hard, most strange and expensive
Cold-blooded horror of the new school…
Just one of a hundred sad old trains
Living out their final days at the North Pole.

(To the tune of "Pierre" from #TheGreatComet. Guess what the fam just watched.)

Me trying to decide which I enjoy more, @joshgroban in Dust and Ashes, or @TheLucasSteele in The Abduction #TheGreatComet ☄️

So #TheGreatComet at Donmar Warehouse is certainly worlds apart from the NYC show, which for me was a very good thing. Period costume replaced with a modern, part rave, part Eurovision, part rock concert vibe! The vocal talent is damn good & I was far more engaged here. Won’t be for everyone though.

A snippet of my recording of 'No One Else' from The Great Comet. This was recorded by the wonderful Brian McBride.

Just got back from watching my *counts* sixth production of Natasha, Pierre, and #TheGreatComet of 1812.

Now I have to decide if I want to go to that OTHER production next weekend.

Hard to believe, but I may be Cometed out.
