An offering of flesh, a gift of shadow 🗡️

In the foreground, a woman wearing nothing but stockings, gloves, and glasses kneels and looks with satisfaction at her hand, which is seems to be turning inky black. There are arcane tattoos and blood splatters on her body. Near her is a ritual circle and a bloody dagger. Behind her is a robed figure with many hands, who appears to have an affectionate and possibly protective attitude towards the woman. It has a human brain clutched in one set of hands. Its robe swirls around the woman’s body from above. On the ground there is a bloodied arm visible, as well as a discarded helmet and sword. The implication is that the woman has killed a warrior and offered his brain to this entity, who is rewarding her with some kind of shadowy gift.
