Thank goodness for free trials because I'd never get to see this otherwise. Tour de force by Samuel L. Jackson. Dominique Fishback impressively holds her own with him. The characters and relationships are deep, complex, and genuine.
Recommended.

Couldn't stop watching it, got nothing done today, no regrets. Little iffy in the fifth episode, but the wind-up is every bit as strong of a punch as the first episode was.
Limited series, so no worries about it getting another season. It's finished. And it's fantastic.

Roku is telling me that Apple TV, which I do not have, has #TheLastDaysOfPtolemyGrey. Which, however, I have seen, and it is astonishing.

One of the best shows I’ve watched on Apple TV+—and I swear no one else seems to have seen it—is The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey starring Samuel L. Jackson. Incredible storytelling, powerful performances. How has this flown under the radar? #TheLastDaysofPtolemyGrey #AppleTV
