Chantelle Murray, director of "The Lost Tiger", a new Australian animation, on getting #RhysDarby to voice Plato the Platypus: "[He] was an absolute riot... We let Rhys be Rhys, and it was gold."
#RhysDarbyFaction #TheLostTiger
Quote from the article about Chantelle Murray: "Rhys Darby was an absolute riot in the recording booth," she revealed. "We scheduled a four-hour session to get all his lines down, and we barely made it through because we were just having so much fun. We let Rhys be Rhys, and it was gold."

Rhys Darby as Plato?! No, not the Greek philosopher! 😂
It's the part Rhys is playing in "The Lost Tiger", an Australian animation that came out this year. An underdog adventurer out to get some respect - sounds right up his street!

a 5-star Letterbox'd review for the furry animated movie "The Lost Tiger": "This is the most in-your-face anti-colonial movie in the history of movies, as well as animation AND talking animal movies ever."

I wonder what the three girl's names are (at least I assume all are Teo's sisters)
Seemingly each character has a name related to the species
