Colour or #ClassicMono? Snowy Egret. The monochrome shots I tend to leave them 'as shot', and just crop. More processing on the colour one to bring out the shadows. #Birds 🪶 #Photography #BirdPhotography
A Snowy Egret, pecking into the water and making a splash. It is standing in water half-way up its long legs. It is a medium sized white bird with long neck, legs and bill, and the bill is half in the water where thesplash is. A monochrome shot and quite dark, apart from the white bird and the splash. The yellow around the eye can be seen just above the water.

Seeing thesplash-screen style view of the panoply of ships at the end of season 1 of #StarTrek #StarfleetAcademy was really cool.

Here's an overview of all the 32nd century starship classes seen in #StarfleetAcademy's "Rubincon". 10 different classes are seen, the Constitution class is notably absent, however. The Angelou class (forested ring) has also not been seen since #StarTrekDSC's "Kobayashi Maru" (4th season). 🧵 1/2

I shoot in RAW+jpeg, just had the simulation set while taking so I was 'thinking' in mono. I took the RAW and re-worked to pull the shadows out. I do like the splash more in this version.

It is a medium sized white bird with long neck, legs and bill, and the bill is half in the water where thesplash is. A monochrome rework that is much lighter, with the shadows brought out quite a bit.

"Observation from 2008: Stephen Curry (9pts) & Monta Ellis (28pts) combined forces! Amazing back-to-back 20+ point performances for the young backcourt duo. Prediction for the Warriors' season: High upside with those scorers pacing the team. Let's ride theSplash Brothers! #DubNation"

"Steph Curry's find yourself in a zone! TheSplash Brother torched POR for 46 points on 14-26 shooting, including 6 3-pointers. With this hot streak, I'm predicting the Dubs will blanket the league! Record standing: 17-2, who's next? #DubNation #NBA"
