well now that i'm finishing 7.3 and decided this is when emi has their son (bc of the "several weeks later" gap)

i guess i gotta come up with a name... but it seems at least i've finally settled on hamignant being his middle name lol #azureblossom #thewyrmlings
me: waffling for weeks on emistinien son name especially if hamignant should be his middle name ffxiv in this long ass half hour cutscene literally while i'm thinking about it: [ image of a dialogue option prompt what will you say? you already know what to do. the voices of the past will be your guide. emi and éloïse (her child) - both dark haired au ra, emi with white scales and éloïse with raen scales - sit in summer/beachwear at the top of the tower on the moonfire boat watching fireworks with soft smiles on their faces.

emi and estinien watching fireworks from the top of the moonfire faire boat's jump puzzle. their glams are as follows: emi is wearing the tie front isle vacationer's shirt (a open button up shirt tied in the front with a bikini top underneath) in sky blue, moonfire tanga in white and sky blue, and tycoon hairpins. éloïse is wearing a dark blue, white, and black moonfire happi and the isle farmhand pink shorts. she is a raen au ra young girl with dark hair (like her mom's) pulled back into ponytails. she has emi's natural (pre-shb) dark steel blue eye color & red limbal rings, and estinien's tan complexion. estinien is in his level 100 trust outfit minus the hat & shoes. isle vacationer's shirt (unbuttoned and opened revealing his chest), hose of happiness in cherry pink. akari is wearing an arcadion shirt in shadow blue and the hose of happiness cargo pants in a charcoal color. she appears as a xaela au ra young girl with off-white hair like estinien's, and silver eyes & silver limbal rings like emi has now (post-shb). from left to right sits emi, with her arm behind éloïse and her tail wrapped around behind her. estinien sits next to his younger twin daughter éloïse and holds his older twin daughter akari on his shoulders. he's holding her shins while she sits up on his shoulders & holds onto his head with her hands. the pov is from the front and slightly to the side, they're all looking up at the fireworks. same pose and glam as before except now the pov for the shot is from behind the family. beyond them in the sky you can see a bunch of fireworks, including a bright ring around the meteor icon for ffxiv.
