I think you're missing the fact that, in an ugly 3 way race with Hillary and Bernie, Biden would probably emerge as the "steady hand" and compromise position for a lot of people. Add those folks to Biden's strong AfAm base, and Hillary's weaknesses as a candidate, and I think Biden winds up the nom.

They could refuse going to Congressional hearings & get cover from Trump. Could take the 5th on things Trump could pardon. Therefore better if states can uncover things illegal in those states. Trump can't pardon state offenses, like money laundering , trafficking people, sex offenses & child abuse.

It is one of those well crafted films that is almost too well crafted for the main stream audience to appreciate it for what it is and then down the line people will be saying "omg why did this flop?!" I'm not trying to seem snobby but ...what was that meme? "I've seen what makes you cheer?"
If you've seen people hyping up Wildwood and think they're overselling it, reader, I assure you they are not. This movie is a stone-cold masterpiece and I am *shocked* that it even exists, much less at the scale at which it is executed.
