Has she had her thyroid checked? Frozen shoulder and plantar fasciitis were among the myriad of issues I had, along with major depression and general bat shit craziness before I was finally diagnosed with hashimotos. And my thyroid levels were never out of range.

Not quite the same but I remember when my cat got radiation treatment for his thyroid and they were like, "And he's still emitting radiation, so do not let him sit on or next to you for five more days," and I was like, "Um. Yeah. Well, I probably wasn't going to use my ovaries anyway."

also not relevant to anything but i found it really funny, my whole "tea is making my ass fatter" ocd thought could kind of partially be true, tea actually has a slightly negative effect on thyroid issues and thyroid impacts weight so...

Make sure your doctor is monitoring your blood levels often, especially when you are starting out. I experienced extreme fatigue at the therapeutic dose and we found out immediately that my thyroid levels were fucked up. Not everyone experiences this but you gotta watch out for it.

Hmmmmmm OK so tea can have a negative impact on absorption of thyroid stimulating hormone, triiodothyronine, and thyroxine, reducing absorption of thyroid drugs, but Triiodothyronine is produced by the body and can be the source of hypothyroidism

Yes. I will have to do. Interesting, her reg vet said studies were inconclusive about some ingredients in food affecting thyroid. But thyroid Dr was pretty specific. What's interesting is bf the shot she ate all the other food. I read in humans hypothyroid can cause taste issues. I just keep trying.
