Tick season is off to a rough start. ED for tick bites are nearly 3x higher than usual, especially in the Northeast. That raises concern for Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses like alpha-gal.

There are currently no FDA approved vaccines for tick-borne illnesses with the exception of Tick-Borne Encephalitis.
Another round of trials for a Lyme Disease vaccine are in phase 3.
Vaccines for other tick-borne illnesses are possible in the future.

Three people were confirmed to have come down with tularemia, also known as rabbit fever. The disease can cause high fevers and extreme fatigue. Symptoms can be more severe than those of more common tick-borne illnesses such as Lyme disease.
