Not 1 but 2 tiger snakes on my walk this afternoon. We live beside remnant rainforest, with numerous creeks, rivers & amazing biodiversity but this is a first for me. I can't imagine how healthy their population is given how many I spot 😬. #tigersnake #lutruwita #tasmania #tassiewildlife #bushlife

Walking to the car from shooting the sandpiper and Snipe I had to give the right of way to a nice sized Tiger Snake with a belly full of frogs. I often see snakes here at the WTP in summer. Not seen one this yellow before.

While out on the #mundabidditrail these are the likely inhabitants to be found ... if you care to go looking for some of them! #Kangeraroo 🦘 and #TigerSnake 🐍 seem to be the most abundant! I like both, but one particularly at a handsome distance! #snakes #WA #Australia 🇦🇺

We've currently got one tigersnake enjoying my new gardening area outside the back door and one tigersnake down the road who keeps popping it's head out of the drain "peekaboo!".
