Going outside to a secluded area and taking off your pants/whatever's covering your diaper... i think...
My other idea was going to an abdl area of a con and dressing openly like that >.>;
Snowy and Tokei in a forested park area. Snowy's walking across a fallen tree branch over a stream while Tokei is checking her camera. Snowy: "H-hey um... Th-this is kinda f-fun y'know b-but... C-can I please have my skirt back..?" Tokei: "Hmm... I think..." Tokei crouches down behind Snowy to greet them at face-level and Snowy turns their head around Tokei: "You need to EARN your skirt back, sweetie~" Snowy: "H-huh?? t-that wasnt..." Tokei presses the front of a talon into the diapered dragon's soggy rear Tokei: "Do you think I can't tell when my little dragon needs to "go"?" Snowy: "O-oh I um... s-see.." A little while later, the pair are walking out of the park. Tokei looks pleased while Snowy looks grumpy. Tokei: "Aww, don't look so pouty~ You're the one who whined when I offered to change you back there~" Snowy: "I-it was out in the open..." Tokei: "No one would've paid any mind to a momma changing their little dragon~" Snowy: "G-grmmph... L-lets just get home already... I-i stink..."

...d-does this even count as aftercare...?
I do think its important, though
Panel 1: Tokei and Snowy eating dinner, though with the dracat stuck in their highchair in a straitjacket, Tokei is doing most of the feeding. Tokei: "Soooo.... How did you like your little stay at the play asylum, Snowy~?" Panel 2: Front view of Snowy in the highchair, showing off their straitjacket and straps holding them in the chair even more. Snowy: "I um... d-didnt even know there was one nearby... ...are you sure they're okay with us keeping the jacket...? Panel 3: Showing the setup from the rear. Tokei: "We're just borrowing it for the night." Snowy: "Mmnf..." Tokei: "Gotta make sure my little dragon stays behaved~: Panel 4: Showing underneath the highchairs table, showing off the dracats soaked diapers as they squirm. Tokei: "We'll return it tomorrow after your morning change, mmkay?" Snowy: "C-cmonnnn...." Tokei: "Let's just hope they don't make you stay in that thing after we "stole" it~" Snowy: "S-STOLE??" Tokei did get permission to take the jacket home, for note.

Note "Tokei" (Tōkei 東京) at the bottom instead of the now current "Tōkyō" (not unusual at all for 1872 though).

There's also a funny expression in Japanese and Chinese for horizontal writing (like Latin): "Crab-walking script" Yokomoji/Xiexingwenzi 蟹行文字 🦀🦀
Huang Zunxian 黃遵憲 (1848-1905) used it in his poems, also in conjunction with the corresponding shrike-tongued sounds: 教兒兼習蟹行字，呼婢閒調鴂舌音😅

No info is available at the moment regarding the construction schedule. Hopefully an investor will ask Furukawa for more details during the next Q&A.

This was actually a fun exercise. Don't know if I'm fully 100 percent set on all of these as canon heights (especially Tokei who's height is an uncertain "overwhelmingly large"), but for now, these are good generalizations.
The dragons (and one cat) lined up Snowy - 3'9" (114cm) Night - 3'10" (117cm) Horizon - 3'3" (99cm) Imaryu - 5'1" (155cm) Kouma - 4'0" (122cm) Tokei- 10'11" (333cm)

being forced to use your diapers because your caretaker's toilet is simply just too big for you to use is kinda hot
Snowy standing in front of a rather large toilet thinking: "R-right... she's a lot bigger than me... I-I didn't consider that..." The off-screen Tokei: "Having trouble, Snowy~?" Snowy now standing in some now-full diapers, having no other choice but to have used them. Tokei: "Sorrrryy~ I just don't usually have critters as small as you ever needing my bathroom! I didn't think to get any wyrmling seats for it..." "(not that I have any intention to)" Tokei now bouncing a poorly scaled Snowy on her leg "Anyways, let's get you changed... ...unless... you'd rather enjoy how much you-" *smmmmshh* "-filled these for a little while~" "N-no, th-that-" "You would~? Good. I'll get your special cover~ Then we can have some fun~"
