Carne Asada. Skirt steak with mayacoba beans, Jimmy Nardellos, radish, tomatillo broth, charred spring onion, lime. This is unreal. Complex, beefy, peppers are sweet, lime juice pops. It’s so good.

My wife brought me a hot sauce sampler pack back from Texas and I think I'm going to be a hot sauce collecting guy again. This stuff is tits. Decent heat with a distinct tomatillo sweetness and a real depth. Great for eggs and pizza when you want some heat but don't want to suffer

Got up to some crafting in the kitchen. Made a hot honey butter salmon taco with coleslaw and a tomatillo salsa.
