Some of the purest Jangle that I have ever mainlined. Fantastic tunes and combined with an electric stage presence they’ve delivered incandescent sets in San Francisco 2 years in a row. From Toronto, Canada, give it up to @ducksltdband #top10albumsof24.

The Umbrellas
Fairweather Friend
On The Umbrellas second album the band continues to craft dreamy pop songs with iconic hooks while embracing the energy of their live performances. The attention to songcraft is obvious.

Standout tracks:
“Gone”
“Three Cheers”
“When You Find Out”

Look. You listened to it. I listened to it. It’s fcuking amazing and captured Spring and Summer and Autumn. Did you go see them play it live? Weren’t they just amazing?

Zero apologies for including it.

Ist Ist’s Light a Bigger Fire hit me over the head like a ton of bricks. Feel like they embraced the massive and kicked down the walls of the studio to get more headroom. This is the sound of a band that always had the right ideas putting out a brilliant album. Get it in yer ears. #Top10AlbumsOf24
