If there is a 'flattening' argument to be made, surely there's ~400 explanations that precede algos. Even if it's just pubs copying successful strategies of other pubs, like including a new kind of side (e.g., sweet potato fries). Emergence seems simpler for most of this, rather than topdown algos?

I think it's real goods!!!!
Combat's topdown zelda-esque, but with a little bit more juice on the controls. I'd rate the difficulty a solid 7.5/10, but it gets easier the more you go along thanks to upgrades and such,
Also Mina is cute and I like the story and also the art & map design are GREAT
