mayor chow has hinted plans for the 2025 budget + 2026, and it's great news for the toronto public library:
-all 100 branches to have 7-day service by 2026
-by june 2025, sunday service to start at 12pm instead of 1:30pm (lol)
-a majority of branches will expand weekday hours to 8:30pm

That STT drop is on par with the hit they took right after Liberation Day tariffs, brutal reaction given they beat almost across the board this morning. TPL is another interesting one, they went parabolic last year on optimism about their real estate's value.
