Around day 15, I got into the groove: a routine kicked in, the urge to draw was there, and ideas flowed naturally.
But by day 25, sheer exhaustion (and a total lack of ideas) completely hit me.

I am a fan of Pathologic 2, so I wanted to have merch from the game. I painted a wooden mannequin and gave it a mask to make a Tragedian.
That was years ago. Now the dark paint has partially worn off, and the light wood texture has started showing. I wanted to show this effect using paraffin wax.

The “Dillon” spelling came from Marshal Matt Dillon, hero of CBS-TV’s long-running “Gunsmoke,” which debuted in 1955. (The actor who portrayed Matt Dillon was a Minneapolis boy: James Arness.) He rocks his head and body, closes his eyes in reverie and seems to be groping for a word or a mood, then resolves the tension benevolently by finding the word and the mood. He may mumble the text of "House of the Rising Sun" in a scarcely understandable growl or sob, or clearly enunciate the poetic poignancy of a Blind Lemon Jefferson blues: "One kind favor I ask of you—See that my grave is kept clean." Mr. Dylan's highly personalized approach toward folk song is still evolving. He has been sopping up influences like a sponge At times, the drama he aims at is off-target melodrama and his stylization threatens to topple over as a mannered excess. But if not for every taste, his music-making has the mark of originality and inspiration, all the more noteworthy for his youth. Mr. Dylan is vague about his antecedents and birthplace, but it matters less where he has been than where he is going, and that would seem to be straight up.

Euripides is the only ancient Greek tragedian we have good evidence to believe owned a 'book'. Aristophanes mocked it for him mercilessly in the Frogs, and for relying on 'book-learning' to write his plays.
