Mike Heard, the San Gabriel Mountains Trailbuilder volunteer, working on Mount Waterman back in 2007. 🙂 The crosscut saws are epic, but some of the trees we cut through to remove from the hiking trail were hard as nails from dried sap. #hiking #volunteering

Yeah, but some people got solid mental health resources. A work colleague who became a BF, 4 tours in VN, became an editor and a trailbuilder. He’s moving to France next month! Excellent mental health and turning 80!!! He looks like he’s 65! So when they have access to resources…my brother didn’t.
