I think anti-trans types tend to lose it because their activism is fundamentally “eliminationist” in character. Like they really do want to eliminate trans people

Honestly I have fewer trans headcanons for NPCs than I might otherwise because my WoL is trans and his defining character trait is this sort of deep insurmountable loneliness and having too many other trans characters close to him would make him too understandable to them.
