A transloading company that I've seen receive coil cars says they have a 25 ton overhead crane on their website, I'm guessing an industry directly receiving coil cars would do the same.

*Very* steel launch angle. I suspect that's in part about clearing obstacles (allowing launch site flexibility). The comparatively shallow angle of the launch rails reads like they're trying to simplify transloading

I think they have tons of missiles. I just don't think it's safe for TELs to drive around (transloading might also be an issue), so they're launching them out of silos. They could probably do massed TEL fire, but they aren't willing to risk it atm

UA has indeed targeted Russian sites pumping / transloading crude oil to weaken the RU war economy.
