#tricepsIsolation
Trying a different kind of rings #tricepsIsolation that I call #crossBodyRingExtensions, which is kind of a mouthful. The bottom arm can't contribute much, if anything except stabilization, so it's performed unilaterally and surprisingly difficult, so scaleable. Also took up #ringFlys again.

Yesterday's "upper" session with #seatedPress here for 100x2x9 then #tricepsIsolation with decline ring #tricepsExtensions and decline #ringPushDowns. Also finished with L-sit dips, not shown.

My decline weighted #ringPushUps and most of my #tricepsIsolation work experienced a huge boost recently since I came off my bench taper and once again into an accumulation phase. The pushups with +60 shot from 11 to 14 over the course of a month (now +65x9) and my #JMpress is now 115x18+.

And this is the #ringPressDown and latest addition to my #tricepsIsolation. This was my first time at this depth of incline, and while I probably could've stood to walk the shoulders closer to the straps, I think it otherwise hits #triceps about the same as the cable version and dumbbell #JMpress.

The current state of my #bridgeExtensions, using the squat belt to suspend the feet and avoid any need to weigh down the other end of the bench. This is of course the lengthened partial variation which makes up the majority of my volume on these as well as #triceps and #tricepsIsolation generally.

Stay tuned, I believe I just invented a new #tricepsIsolation movement for #ringTraining, and it's way easier on the elbows than #tricepsExtensions but with a near-identical stretch. Plus it's quite difficult even without weight, though also trivial to load if desired--also doable with a rope.
