Today's festive delight is a greeting card! This image is actually much larger than the original PDF. Why? Absolutely no idea. Can have the PDF if you like, either way this one is the chunkier version.
Trollhunters greeting card featuring Jim in the Daylight armour, Toby and Claire with their weapons and AAARRRGGHH and Blinky either side of them. Behind them is Heartstone Trollmarket and there is a purple gem framing then on the back is a random string of lights and a wall. The text reads Happy holidays Trollhunter!

Something randomly stumbled over a few years ago now is this image by Nick Brawn on his website. The caption reads "DreamWorks - Troll Hunters. Experiential store design" so they must have thought about it at some point!

nickbawn.co.uk/Storyboards-...
Image from Nick Brawn's website. It shows a potential design for a Trollhunters pop up thing? There's a sword to be popped out by an Amulet, a store that looks ice cream shaped except with Trollmarket styled hat, a Heartstone, a Draal, a little bridge jump thing and a AAARRGGHH/Blinky photoshoot at the front. In the top left is a sign which reads "Welcome to Heartstone Trollmarket".

Betsy Bauer (@ bauerpower) recently updated her portfolio and amongst the art not seen previously is this Archie fish! It is very possible that this form came about when the HK Trollmarket in Rise of the Titans was underwater prior to plans changing.

Artwork by Betsy Bauer. It shows six various stylised pufferfish with a dark topside and pale grey underside and white fins. In all cases they have red lips, Archie's golden eyes and trademark glasses.

You ever get so focused on the alt text you forget the text text? Sorry.

This is another set of InSync Plus posters! The fourth is pretty unique in it's the only time that posing turns up.
A poster graphic for Trollhunters. It shows Jim in his Daylight armour with his back to the camera staring at a wall that has been splintered with blue magic to reveal Heartstone Trollmarket. The text reads: A netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episodes Holiday 2016 | Netflix A poster graphic for Trollhunters. It shows AAARRGGHH stuck once again except this time he appears to be wedged in a wall crackling with blue magic and very bewildered about the situation. At a guess where his mane stops is how far he is through as both shoulders and arms are visible. The text reads: A netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix A horizontal poster graphic for Trollhunters. It shows Jim in his Daylight armour with with Toby and Claire holding their own weapons. AAARRGGHH is on the left, Blinky on the right and in the background is Heartstone Trollmarket. There's also purple gemstones at the top and right side. The text reads: A netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix A horizontal poster graphic for Trollhunters. This one has unique poses with Jim, in his Daylight armour, Toby and Claire waking towards Hearthstone Trollmarket and looking back at the camera. the walls around them are dotted with purple and blue gemstones. The text reads: A netflix original series Trollhunters logo. All episodes December 23 | Netflix

While they were only seen for a couple of seconds, that little pest troll in the HK Trollmarket still needed designing! These little guys by Sean Wang (Also known as Tanginova) have always been a firm favourite I mean look at them

www.tanginova.com/trollhunters
Digital artwork showing a selection of concepts for a small troll creature from A to I. Their body shapes range from rodents, amphibians, little fu dogs and plain gremlin shapes. While most are some sort of green, A to C are all purple. The successful design is shown on the left. It is a hunched up green amphibian shape with a yellow underbelly. It has a troll nose, red slits against a pale yellow sclera, stylised red "eyebrows" and stylised blue lips with little fangs poking upwards. It has brown ears shaped similar to a dog, a frill of yellow horns on the cheeks and one behind the ear along with a series of yellow spike structures down the back. The tail is long and curved in an S shape behind them.

A couple of random Trollhunters season 1 things, amazingly they are still turning up even now!
Rather small Trollhunters banned that has likely been taken from the opening sequence. It has AAARRRGGHH, Toby, Jim, Claire and Blinky launching towards the viewer with a golden glow behind them. The text reads: Trollhunters logo All episodes now streaming Netflix logo Vertical Trollhunters banner which was likely from the netflix front page. It shows Toby ready to fight, a close up of Jim in Daylight and Claire standing there. Behind them is Heartstone Trollmarket.

Credit goes to Daily Billboard on blogspot for the photos who have since locked the blog. These beasts include the rarely seen Trollhunters season 1 bridge graphic!
Photograph showing a vertical advertisement for Trollhunters which appears to be on the side of a block of offices. Photograph showing a vertical advertisement for Trollhunters which appears to be on some sort of billboard set up. Rather unusually this has Toby, Jim and Claire at the top with armour and weapons with daylight and the canals at their back while the bottom half has Blinky and AAARRRGGHH infront of Heartstone Trollmarket and you can see more of them than usual! Photograph showing a vertical advertisement for Trollhunters which appears on a billboard section. It features the rarely seen bridge graphic including the trolls/changeling/kids having an additional cut out if they go above the horizontal line which is neat.

Rewatched #hellboy2thegoldenarmy The creature designs & some of the practical make-up on them are FREAKING AMAZING! IT'S AWESOME, IT'S GREAT & I LOVE IT! 😃🤘👍 I still want a Hellboy 3, god dammit, & nobody asked for a reboot (which came out in 2019), we wanted a 3rd movie! I didn't hate the reboot that much & I didn't mind that it was more gritty & rated-R, but it wasn't good at all! Some of the changes I didn't get it & they wheren't necessary! Judge Dredd & Constantine are examples of a franchise that NEEDED a reboot & it worked, but Hellboy was NOT one of them! Then they made another reboot last year, Hellboy: The Crooked Man, & that one was not well made, it was more badly made than the 2019 reboot! It had potential, but it looked more like a TV pilot than an actual movie & some of the CGI where not good at all, they looked like bad SyFy CGI quality! And some of the writing had flaws as well! I still want a 3rd sequel to the original Hellboy movies! #hellboy #ronperlman #ronperlmanhellboy #abesapien #dougjones #lizsherman #firestarter #selmablair #bureauofparanormalresearchanddefense #johannkrauss #sethmacfarlane (voice only) #trollmarket #imnotababyimatumor #princessnuala #elf #annawalton (she really reminds me of a girl I was once in love with, except she wasn't an elf 😜) #thegoldenarmy #angelofdeath #toothfairies #mikemignola #mikemignolashellboy #guillermodeltoro

Bit late today thanks to still lacking a scheduler, here is where the HK Trollmarket could have been at one point by Isaac Orloff! Of course no reason there isn't one under the sea, Huldrefish exist after all.
Screenshot of a tweet by Isaac Orloff. It reads: Another piece from our concept art blitz on Rise of the Titans. This was an early concept for discovering a secret troll market. Combination of Photobash and painting to get the concept done at warp speed. Visual development for Trollhunters: Rise of the Titans by Isaac Orloff. It shows a deep see something or other with beams focused on a strange shaped hole in a modern tanker. There are giant cargo freight dotted about in the eerie green light.

This set of Trollhunters posters were originally posted Steve Reeves on Behance! He may have designed others, tends to be pretty difficult figuring this sort of thing out unless who directly says so.

Poster for Trollhunters. It shows three of Blinky's eyes peering through a hole torn through a paper like surface. Three of his hands are holding it open. The various text reads: A Netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix Poster for Trollhunters. It shows a very worried Blinky badly hiding behind a presumed telegraph pole with a spotlight on him, peering out to the right. Behind him is a short house and to the right, the steps to someone's door. The text reads as follows: A Netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episode December 23 | Netflix Poster for Trollhunters. Bit of a fun one for Rise of the Titans this week! The third image was on the now defunct Dreamworks For Your Consideration website and also the RotT credits. The artist, Francisco Ruiz Velasco, happened to upload an earlier sketch of it to Linkedin!
Screenshot from Linkedin by Francisco Ruiz Velasco. It reads: When directing animation I create many of this lay out thumbnails to guide the storyboard process. I like to "hit" the moments as we go creating the connective storyboards tissue. Black and white sketch with a hint of colour in the form of a green lantern. It shows Archie with wings raised at the top of stone steps, Blinky to his right holding the Krohnisfere and Claire wielding a giant weapon which is essentially a stick with a blade at the end. She has knocked back one of the Hong Kong Trollmarket guards back with a further three scrambling up the stairs creating a \ shape to lead the eye. There is the head and shoulder of an additional pair right infront of the corner in the bottom right corner. A cropped and full colour version of the previous artwork. It shows Archie with wings raised at the top of stone steps, Blinky to his right holding the Krohnisfere and Claire wielding a giant weapon which is essentially a stick with a blade at the end. She has knocked back one of the Hong Kong Trollmarket guards back with a one scrambling up the stairs only seen by their arm and head. The guards stand out in red whereas everything else is heavily tinted with green.

Did you know there are Trollhunters and 3Below Valentines? Well now they're here to use as you will! These are official and were grabbed when that part of Dreamworks website was horribly broken.

PDFs available on request.
Pictured is three vertical strips with various Trollhunters designs on them. There is a To: and From: just below each image. Left: Blinky with a pink/red surround and yellow/orange behind him. His text reads "I can't take my EYES off you". Middle: AAARRRGGHH with a blueish purple surround and Heartstone Trollmarket behind him. His text reads "You're a GEM". Right: Claire and Toby hugging Jim with a purple surround and purple behind them. The text reads "For the glory of Merlin, MY HEART IS YOURS to command". This one has been affectionately dubbed the Jilairby card. Pictured here is six vertical strips that are about gift tag in size. The first four are related to 3Below which blue theming, one She-Ra with pink and the last one for Trolls which is purplish pink with a green background. Each one has a To: and From: underneath the image. They are as follows: Top left: Shows Aja in human form with the text "I hope your Valentine's Day is lively!" Top middle: Shows Krel in human form with the text "You are more rare than a daxial array! Top right: Show's Vex in human form with the text "Be my GLORIOUS valentine! Bottom left: Shows everybody in their akirdion form plus Luug with the text "Happy Valentine's Day!" Bottom middle: Shows Adora in She-Ra form with the text "For the honour of love!" Probably /not/ what you're expecting Rise of the Titans wise but I love them. A rather unexpected discovery was that these guys were potential HK Trollmarket trolls by Betsy Bauer(@ bauerpower)! Discord cache saved the text and had the left one saved, otherwise only trace of them now :)
Discord screenshot of the original twitter preview prior to it decaying by Betsy Bauer. It reads: Going through my old Procreate files and found these Tales of Arcadia: Rise of the Titans concept sketches I forgot about! I think these were ideas for Hong Kong Troll market trolls? Obviously we went in a different direction for the final film. On the left is a red lined sketch fu dog like creature standing on their hind legs, on the right is a more Chinese lion statue style creature of all four limbs. Because of the nature of previews he's been cropped a bit. This is a red lined sketch fu dog like creature standing on their small hind legs with a much larger chest and longer arms. Face wise they have bulldog vibes down to the ears though they also have eyebrows, horns and the funky spiral curls. This image was preserved entirely by fluke, the account holder happened to have a layer with it on if flipped from when it was public. This is a red lined sketch showing a more Chinese lion statue style creature of all four limbs complete with tiny tail, large mouth, beard, horns and eyebrows. This is the only full image survivor as the image cache disappeared within 12 hours and has since decayed entirely. Might not be the best quality but this guy lives on.

Apologises for the delay, twitter refusing to load the feed made it difficult to grab the next batch.

These four were also on InSync Plus' website/larger elsewhere. Bular was a netflix thumbnail at one point!
Netflix thumbnail for Trollhunters. It shows Bular on the right with one fist punching the ground roaring against a red background. On the left is the various logos and some blue rock formations. Trollhunters website banner. It shows on the right an angry Jim wearing Daylight and holding the sword towards the camera which has Bular's face in it. It is against a black background with some crystals around the left. The text reads as follows: A Netflix original series. Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix Trollhunters website banner. It shows Jim on the left looking bewildered at the Amulet glowing with a lot of blue. Behind him looks to be the Hero's Forge whereas on the right it's black with another random Bular face in the top right. The text reads as follows: A Netflix original series. Trollhunters logo All episodes Holiday 2016 | Netflix Netflix thumbnail for Trollhunters. This week comes with from InSync Plus who makes an awful lot of poster graphics, thumbnails and adverts for many franchises and who I believe Steve Reeves worked for given some match up. Gonna be a fair few of these for a bit!
Poster graphic for Trollhunters shown in two halves that would also be used for the Season 1 DVD release. The top half shows the kids standing under the bridge with the sun setting behind them, Blinky on the left and AAARRRGGHH on the right. The bottom half is upside down and shows a similar composition except with gemstones framing the bottom, the Heartstone behind them and the kids with their weapons/Jim wearing Daylight. The text reads: A Netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix A poster graphic for Trollhunters shown in two halves. The top half has Jim in the middle standing with his back to the camera facing the school in daylight with the museum tower to his left. His schoolbag is in his left hand. The bottom half has a similar if upside down composition except here he is surrounded by brickwork rippled with blue light revealing a portal to Heartstone Trollmarket. He is wearing Daylight, sword in hand. The text reads: A Netflix original series Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix A poster graphic for Trollhunters. It shows AAARRRGGHH squashed into the rectangular format and looking rather worried about his predicament. The text reads: Trollhunters logo All episodes December 23 | Netflix A poster graphic for Trollhunters. It shows AAARRRGGHH squashing his way through a door frame, causing it and the wall to crack, and looking rather worried about his predicament. The broken door is on the floor to his right. Sorry for today's post being so late, not being cis in the UK has made it A Day. This popped up on ebay a few days ago tho so figured might as well highlight it. For some reason, the first four of the fluff cannon books written by Richard Ashley Hamilton were also released as a boxset!
Front of the Tales of Arcadia: Trollhunters four book boxset calling it the "Dreamworks The Trollhunters Collection - 4 Mystical Adventures in one set!" The cover matches the DVD boxset in having two halves. The top has Blinky with arms crossed on the left, AAARRGGHH ready to go on the right with the kids in the middle, Jim with his Amulet of course, standing in front of the rising/setting sun in the canals. The upside down lower half has Blinky ready to go, AAARRGGHH in the same pose but with cooler lighting and the kids with their weaponry drawn. Behind them is Heartstone Trollmarket. Back of the Tales of Arcadia: Trollhunters four book boxset. It uses the rarely seen bridge graphic with AAARRGGHH, Blinky, Claire and Jim's arm charging forth and Bular's eyes/nose in the bridge arch and each of the four books shown above him. Behind them is Heartstone Trollmarket. The blurb reads as follows: For the glory of Merlin, Daylight is mine to command! With one mysterious Amulet, Jim Lake Jr. transforms from an ordinary teenager into the mighty Trollhunter, protector of a secret civilization of Trolls. Collect the first four Dreamworks Trollhunters books, which feature exclusive original stories and never-before-told scenes! Side view of the Tales of Arcadia: Trollhunters four book boxset. The rest of Jim with his sword can now be seen! This lists the four books as: #1 The Adventure begins #2 Welcome to the Darklands #3 The Book of Ga'Huel #4 Age of the Amulet Side view of the Tales of Arcadia: Trollhunters four book boxset. The spines of the four books can be seen and they are: #1 The Adventure begins #2 Welcome to the Darklands #3 The Book of Ga'Huel #4 Age of the Amulet
