Yeah, I feel like I store visual memories like a big old box of faded photos and if I try I can kind of mentally rifle through those picture to make a collage of something… often with blank fuzzy gaps where no suitable memory exist 🤷🏼♀️

When I was younger I would sometimes try to read at my regular hangout bars, but it was always too loud and distracting. And also, I was usually actually there to see and interact with people. If there was a place to get out and avoid the distractions of home, now, I think it would help to read.

I'm still procrastinating another appointment so I can explore medication options because I have severe phone anxiety (plus, it's mentally exhausting thinking about whether the first thing I try might not work). Executive dysfunction is no joke >_<

Had a days fly fishing tuition last Sunday. It was the one angling discipline I was yet to try. Loved it. Got myself kitted out with a rod, reel and a handful of flies this weekend. Can't wait to get out! #angling
