Now granted, you can get fancy tstats that will juggle the A/C to balance humidity. Or run multistage heating/cooling (which still won't work harder/faster just because you fiddle with it). Or can be controlled by your phone from Singapore.

Adding features degrades reliability.

Every.

Time.

Unit 2 had a fried wireless communication board/zone controller. Ten minutes to replace the board. An hour to get it to recognize 3 tstats, 4 remote sensors, and their associated zone dampers.

Ridiculous.

A reproducibility-by-design language makes carelessness structurally hard, just the way a speed bump makes you slow down, not a sign asking nicely. Immutable bindings, mandatory pipeline DAGs, and pinned Nix environments: T is my attempt to build that language for #DataScience

T is designed to be generated and maintained by AI agents rather than manually programmed by humans.

The idea is simple: make the structure of reproducible statistical analysis explicit. You can compose these structures however you want, but you can't opt out of them.

🚀 Version 0.54.1 is here! It introduces a host of new features that make it even easier for AI agents to build pipelines, so you can focus on your R, Python, or Julia analysis code!

Question for Shiny for Python/R and Quarto enthusiasts:

For Quarto interactive dashboards (shiny runtime), do Shiny module server functions need special usage in Quarto code chunks?

Every resi split system, RTU, Reznor, and tube heater is being looked at.

Flame rods, igniters, pressure switches, roll outs, inducers, blower motors, run/start caps, filters, belts, tstats, VAV controllers are being checked.

Watch out, I know motorad makes like 95% of tstats out there and they have a very high failure rate. Gotta check the actual part for motorad, since tons of brands repackage them. 🙃

I am currently revamping small sample defaults of pyfixest (the goal is to match fixest SEs out of the box). Now some unit tests for Poisson comparing Python vs R fail for derived statistics (tstats, pvalues, CIs) because (I think) of restrictive tolerances.

- Guelfi slow laps
- Cox and Nguyen not training
- Johnson only modified training.
- Parish and Caldwell trained but pulled out when match sim started. Just cautious approach with them.
