I would’t usually put anything in a league with Ran, but the bridge from the battle scene in The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly is the exception. Not only was a bridge built & blown up, but had to be done TWICE as someone jumped the gun (as it were) blowing it the first time & cameras were not rolling.

I suspect it is quite deliberate in the writing that Walt's best "badass" moments are, in fact, when he allows himself to be perceived as a dorky chemistry teacher. That's what lets him scare Tuco or kill the Nazis.
