I really can't attest to how accurate the other functions on the device are, but it does a phenomenal job picking up TVOCs, so I assume the other sensors are at least serviceable.
If I open a bottle of rubbing alcohol in the kitchen, it picks it up in the shop. Same thing with styrofoam offgassing.

4/ It’s not just about CO2. Think about radon, formaldehyde, TVOCs, carbon monoxide, and yes, even ozone. These pollutants accumulate if air quality is not monitored and controlled. We shouldn’t focus on just one pollutant but the entire mix.
