TwistedMexi: 3,675 paid x $5 lowest tier x 12 = $220,500
Simmatically: 5,800 paid x $3 lowest tier x 12 = $208,800
Turbodriver: 15,200 paid x $1 lowest x 12 = 182,400, obviously much more than that as if even a third of those were 4.50 instead it's well over 200,000 just for that third

if u can mod, twistedmexi has a mod that re-enables the destroy object cheat which will at least get rid of the fireplace.
otherwise, possibly a werewolf with the ravenous hunger perk? 🤔
i've used the destroy object cheat on needs tlc apartments and it's always worked for me.

Live Drag from TwistedMexi can work. I also heard that Andirz was working on a similar mod but only for items like folding chairs, pillows etc. It's not in public access yet though ( May 3 according to patreon post) but it's called "Object Tuning Replacement", just thought I would mention it 😊

That should be fine as the game won't read them. You could also name the folder by creators name and then like "FixForBodyFatMuscleGain". There is a few mods, not many, that you can't make any changes or add anything to though, like Better build/buy from TwistedMexi as example 😊

Also message from TwistedMexi, it's best to remove the whole mod folder and start over ( CC can probably stay, but we don't have much information on that yet). Turn script mods off for now as well.
