A piece of rope that is in my hand and it is tied into a knot and the knot has four pieces of the rope coming out on each side. It’s kind of a square and has two equal lines in the knot. It is called a Zepplin band.

ex: how was the removed message targeted at anyone besides A/I users broadly, there were not specific accounts/guilds being named? i guess the intent is to only allow critique of the tools themselves but never the people using them? but in that light, hanabi’s own clarification is faulty…
Was someone struck for criticizing AI? Someone did get a strike in that thread. Their opinion on AI isn't why. On Oct 11 a comment in the AI discussion thread was removed under the Terms. You can criticize AI and the people using it here. What got it removed was two lines calling a group of roleplayers vapid and unwilling to think. We would remove the same lines about any group. The rest of the comment could be reposted as it was. The notice went out under "Hate or harassment", which is the category that rule sits under in our system, and that label is broader than this case. A strike was applied. The thread was locked because it had stopped being a discussion, but it's still up and so is every other comment in it. The author appealed, the appeal was reviewed, and the removal stands.

This would have made the two sound identical, so Drummond gives Onewa a low, raspier and grumblier voice in this film. Perhaps Onewa was given fewer lines to further avoid confusion between the two roles, especially as they share more scenes together and have more interactions.

Comic titled "how to cut a pizza." It's drawn in a simple mostly black and white style. 1st option is "for small groups". It has a top-down view of a regular round pizza, which has red lines drawn on it, showing it being cut into 8 slices the way you'd expect (you know, cut into half, then into quarters, then into 1/8ths). Below the pizza diagram are two people comping down on some pizza. Then there's "for parties". It's cut into squares, and there's a bunch of people shown eating some pizza, and one's holding a cup. Then there's "just for you." It's cut into a spiral, and there's only one person eating it, by just having the pizza strip feed directly into their mouth. Their pupils are huge.

There were two other lines that were a lot more offensive in that rap than the Riyadh line, so while I think TNA throwing him under the bus for that line is cowardly, I kinda don't care that he ended up reaping the consequences.

So should I take down the drapes completely & just put up new sheers? I prefer grey so if I decide to change my pillow cover colors the curtains can stay. But these are reasonably priced enough that I could switch them out if decided. So grey? Teal? Patterned?

1st 2 episodes of VisionQuest at the #LFF on the big IMAX screen. Ruaridh Mollica right in front of me for the introduction and Joe Locke walked right by me on the way up to his seat.

Visually nice. Second episode was the better of the two. Some funny lines but the dialogue is a bit clunky.

At least in the text of this film (prob way less so in real life), Carl Bernstein is depicted as something of an amoral bulldog, who just goes after the truth and after people with little regard for their well-being. Again, in the fiction of this movie, Woodward is more humane and won't lie right to people's faces (usually). There are lines he won't cross. I think it's a deliberate, writerly trope, playing them as foils to one another, and thereby suggesting it takes a little bit of both to get at the story. I like the conclusion. I'm into this. Good movie!
