Ja, samme på Tyinkrysset. Det er en viss logikk i det også.

Every summer I like to do a hike from Øye in Vang, through Rødalen over the mountains to Tyinkrysset. About 18 km, reasonably good trail all the way. And once passing the last cabin you get this nice view of the valley you just passed through. This photo was made during this years hike.

Another set of photos, this time from a hike in the Filefjell mountain range. It's become kind of a tradition to hike parts of the Pilgrim trail from Øye in Valdres, up the Rødalen (Rø Valley) and over the mountains to Tyinkrysset. A hike of about 15 kilometers.

Det er vel berre snakk om tid før ordføraren i Årdal sender stridsvognene sine gjennom Tyinkrysset og mot hovudstaden.

My local favourite waterfall near Tyinkrysset, Norwayland, not far from our cabin. I often return to this spot to photograph it. This is a longexposure of 1/5 of a second, handheld.
