The PING is what you want to hear. THis wool is strong enough for both mill and home processing. As long as it's not too dirty, short, long, or stained, this wool could do almost anything.

A POP means be careful what you use it for. Wool break limits the end use for a lot of wool. Maybe pellets are the best option for this one.
