Been there, typographic hell when travel agent kept rejecting the layout of a brochure for micro-typographical differences.
I was brought in as a consultant, and figured out WTF the problem was, came up with a solution, which was then roundly ignored by the agency who contracted me.

The vast majority of the time, the "grammar mistakes" people try to gotcha us with are not actually mistakes. And if there's a typographical error, just move on! Unless a transposed letter or word is going to ruin your entire experience, in which case you should quit reading.

Microsoft just unveiled a new laptop and other products, but the launch presentation had a lot of typographical errors. It makes me wonder whether AI generated much of the content without enough human review. AI is a great tool, but for a company at this level, someone still needs to proofread

How was that phrase unclear? As to ‘it’s’ and ‘its’ it’s what is known as a ‘typo’, which is a contraction of ‘typographical error’. ‘Type’ is etymologically linked to hitting or striking despite that being archaic in the world of iPhones. Glad to help!

Probably both! It’s probably still worth a look if you haven’t tried it before. There actually is a good story in there, not just typographical gimmicks.
