A busy day in the village hall doing my annual bit for #uffingtonscarecrows!

Lots of tea and cake served to our visitors - another really busy day, hopefully raising lots of much-needed funds for village causes.

Fuelled by diet coke and Freddos all day.... 🤣🤣

Usual day of mayhem helping out with the village hall teas and cakes at #uffingtonscarecrows. So many visitors!!

Hopefully everyone has had a good day and we've raised lots of money for the village. I'm dead on my feet and definitely regretting booking in for sports conditioning class later! 🤪

Leicestershire FRS were involved when son had his big car smash, along with the air ambulance. Always really happy to support them ❤️❤️

Back home for a stroll around our village scarecrows festival - celebrating the legendary David Attenborough and the the natural world.
My favourite is the lion on the land rover - someone has some real strawcraft skills!

I'm loving the rather jolly new scarecrows that we have for our village Bank Holiday scarecrow festival this year. Stopped to take a couple of pics on my e-bike back from #stamford Friday market.
